I hear voices.

I hear (and see) who people really are underneath the “voice overs” that often  narrate their lives… Voice overs of the ego, inner child, or a wounded teenager etc… What I have learned, is that no matter what I call a voice that is perpetuating my cycle of self-destruction, it is really the voice of my “inner victim.”

I spent many (painful) years pretending that I did not hear these voices. On my path of transformation, I finally stopped fearing, ignoring, banishing and trying to “positively affirm” these voices away. Instead, I started listening, loving, accepting and engaging in conversations with theses voices. I started asking the voices new questions. I was no longer a victim to the voices, I became a co-creator with them.

There are really only two voices – victim or creator.

Like Byron Katie says, “Life is simple, life happens for you, not to you.” The ultimate Soulution is to remember who you really are, which is not a powerless victim to a life happens to you. When you live a life that happens for you, you are free to create in the playground of what is so, as in reality (instead of arguing with reality, which is truly hopeless.)

For me, I had to choose to take full responsibility for creating my life, which meant that I could no longer hide behind my excuses and reasons. The truth is, I have always created my life, while I do not have control over everything that happens, I have always had the power to choose of how I respond.

My transformational coaching and inspiration came from people who reminded me I was born to shine… Steve Hardison, Steve Chandler and Stephen McGhee, and reminded me that I have the ability to truly serve and help others find their true voice and follow their voice within.

My coaching is based on getting real, radical honesty, making friends with reality and taking bold ACTION to create! In just 3 weeks I created and produced the TBOLITNFL live event in Salt Lake City, and now that one event has become a powerful movement that has inspired people around the world.
